2 carrots already precooked and cut into thin slices
100 g green beans, already precooked
1 green and red pepper cut into slices
1 onion cut into thin slices
1 tablespoon garlic and chopped ginger
2 tablespoons soy sauce
2 tablespoons of olive oil

Put your stove in the fire, pour the oil and let heat on low heat for 1 min.
Then pour all the spices (garlic, ginger, and onion), stir for a few minutes and then add the chicken breast.
Stir gently, cover and cook for 10 minutes.
That’s it, the chicken is well cooked (eat a piece to check and confirm that the chicken is well cooked).
Pour the soy sauce now, let simmer for a few seconds, then add the vegetables (carrot, beans, pepper) and simmer for 1 min.
Taste and rebalance the seasoning if necessary. (If necessary, add a pinch of salt).
Add the special ingredient, caselian cashews, stir and let simmer for a few seconds.
This recipe can be an excellent starter or an original resistance with an accompaniment of your choice, such as rice for example.
