4 tablespoons of tapioca
40 cl of coconut milk
40 cl of ½ skimmed milk
2 tablespoons sugar
1 bowl of cold water
1 sheet of gelatin
1 vanilla pod

Remove the mixture from the heat, add the gelatin sheet, stir again and let cool a few minutes.
Finally, pour the Ahayoué Deluxe banana chips into a glass and add the tapioca mixture over them before putting them in the fridge for 2 hours.
