List of Ingredients

4 tablespoons of tapioca

40 cl of coconut milk

40 cl of ½ skimmed milk

2 tablespoons sugar

1 bowl of cold water

1 sheet of gelatin

1 vanilla pod

Mango Coulis

PREPARATION

So, first, dip the gelatin sheet in the bowl of cold water and heat the coconut milk and skimmed milk in a saucepan with the sugar and vanilla pod.It must be stirred from time to time to avoid the ‘boiling.

Now add the tapioca to the mix and continue stirring. After a few minutes you will see the tapioca swell. That’s ready.

Remove the mixture from the heat, add the gelatin sheet, stir again and let cool a few minutes.

Finally, pour the Ahayoué Deluxe banana chips into a glass and add the tapioca mixture over them before putting them in the fridge for 2 hours.

(2 hours later)

To serve this little marvel, pour the mango coulis over the verrines and then tapioca soufflé Tapionice Dayelian.
